The automated line based on STEIF VFL-0.9/8 block making machine with curing racks is the equipment complex that is able to manufacture high quality concrete products in fully automatic mode
2 persons are required to supervise the line.
The main advantages of the automated line based on STEIF VFL-0.9/8 block making machine are:
- High level of compaction of the concrete within the shortest time possible and required strength characteristics of the products with low cement consumption;
- Possibility of fast changeover to a new product (not more than 30 minutes);
- All processes are managed by a system based on the industrial controller with data output to the touchscreen panel. The language of all visualizations, messages and comments is Russian.

At the Customer’s request, the line can be equipped with a face concrete system. This option is intended for applying the upper decorative layer of concrete, for instance, on paving stones. The upper layer can be colored, made of gravel, colored granite or marble chips, shell rocks – the choice is vast!
