Requirements for the production site:
The machine should be installed and subsequently operated on a flat and hard horizontal surface, both outdoors and indoors. The thickness of the surface should be 150 mm, concrete type of the surface should be B20*. Permitted slope angle of the site is not more than 2 mm for 1 m length. The concrete surface category for the production of foundation blacks should be A3.
The technological process of producing blocks by a vibrating press machine
To achieve maximum production capacity in the manufacture of concrete foundation blocks, laying hens are used – mobile machines for compacting a rigid concrete mixture using vibration compression. The equipment is placed on a flat concrete floor. Semi-dry concrete mix is fed by a front loader into the loading hopper. The operator, using the control panel, lifts the hopper above the mold, opens the valves and automatically fills the mixture into the mold. After that, he sets the hinges, lowers the punch and seals the concrete under the influence of strong vibration. After compacting the concrete mixture, the mold rises and the machine moves the required distance. The entire production cycle lasts from 2 to 5 minutes, depending on the type and size of the blocks. Molded products are maintained until the strength set required to move them to the warehouse.
